Google/ YouTube Sucks (part 1 possibly)

Aside from the search engine, and the fact that they have YouTube at their dirty-ass fingertips since '06, they are a pointless company with no reason to stay around in this planet. I say this mostly because of what is happening in YouTube right now.
I've had an account on YouTube since 2011, so I had a glimpse at least of what the actually good YT is like. But now, I was forced to make a Google+ account (which just so happens to be my first problem with the new YT).
This in itself is a problem because I personally have issues with this. I can't find what I want, if there is even anything at all might i add, and there is an option to cut you
